SPA Retreat at the IRC

Create your best life now! These SPA retreats are focused on creating
well-being in your life. We will start each session with a healthy
smoothie and have time for discussion on ways to create balance
in your daily life. We will end with a 2 hour Restorative Yoga Class
by a professional teacher. Restorative Yoga is done lying down and
being supported by pillows and blankets. This is a deeply relaxing
class, which may allow you to have the best nights sleep!
